Kate Moss and Jamie Hince: Married!

Kate Moss married Jamie Hince this afternoon in Gloucestershire, England, walking down the aisle as part of what a friend described as a "wham bam rock n' roll wedding."

The bride wore a rhinestones-covered, sleeveless dress designed by John Galliano (BOOO!).

"She came out of the church with the bridesmaids and just snogged his face off," a guest told Us Weekly. "Then the doors to the Rolls Royce opened and rock music blared out for everyone. It was a 'Wow, Kate Moss is married' moment."

The couple has been dating for four years and will reportedly celebrate their union with MossStock, a three-day celebration featuring performances by Snoop Dogg and Kanye West.

New disc reviews including Gillian Welch, Jim Lauderdale, The Wilders and Trampled Under Foot

Gillian Welch

"The Harrow & The Harvest" 4 stars

Acony Records

It's been eight years since Welch and partner David Rawlings last released an album of new material. The wait was too long to say it was worth it, but "The Harrow & The Harvest" is pretty darn wonderful. The duo still breathe new life into shrewd mash-ups of folk traditions while sounding like completely authentic - if unusually worldly - rural types. That's an especially impressive trick Welch has been pulling off from the start of her career; she grew up in L.A., where her parents wrote music for "The Carol Burnett Show."

Reflecting the album's title, this time Welch sounds almost as interested in life's pleasures as in the darker themes that dominated most of her previous, dour laments. Which is not to say that she's gone soft. "Of all the little ways I find to hurt myself, you might be my favorite one of all" she sings with wry resignation on "Tennessee," and that same spirit of heading to hell with a satisfied smile lends much of this disc an intriguing perspective. How's this for a new subgenre? Gillian Welch party music.

Jim Lauderdale

"Reason and Rhyme" 3 1/2 stars

Sugar Hill 1/2

Americana stalwart Lauderdale's second collection of collaborations with Grateful Dead lyricist Robert Hunter (the first was last year's "Patchwork River") is pretty much head-on bluegrass. Hunter got into the spirit of the project by tempering his tendency for baroque verbal imagery; nevertheless, many of these tunes about haunted love, dropkick indifference and pointlessly passionate conflict bear a more sophisticated ring than your average, high-lonesome lament.

Lauderdale's voice, never exactly a marvelous instrument, is right for these kind of songs, and sounds about as good as it ever has in the mountain music idiom. He is, of course, backed by a superb string band, which includes album producer Randy Kohrs on resonator.

The Wilders

"The Wilders" 3 stars

Free Dirt Records Apparently, this long-running Kansas City group has been known for producing "hillbilly riot honky tonk," and that's been recently overshadowed by a more introspective approach and country rockish gait. There's been some controversy about that, but I wouldn't know; this self-titled album is the first Wilders I've heard, and it sounds pretty good to me. Ballads such as "Ordinary People" and "Mid November" are wistful and wise and appointed with nice, Celtic/classical string fills. And when they do hit the riot button, the Wilders certainly live up to their name. This set should send everyone home happy.

Trampled Under Foot

"Wrong Side of the Blues" 3 stars

Vizzitone Also from Kansas City, the three Schnebelen siblings were raised on the bluesier side of town. Their parents are members of the legendary K.C. blues community, and at this point it's probably become genetic. TUF bassist Danielle shouts and suffers with Joplinesque majesty, and brothers Nick (guitars) and Kris (drums) can be formidable vocalists themselves. The trio's writing skills are impressive, too; "Wrong Side" touches on every variation the genre can conceivably accommodate, and more songs than not sound like classics in the making.

Claudia Winkleman: Babies are small so they can fit in drawers

The TV presenter on Strictly, turning 40 and why she's superstitious about her pregnancy

Claudia Winkleman | National Movie Awards | Celebrity | Pics | Photos | Now Magazine

Claudia Winkleman is 7 months pregnant

Claudia Winkleman is expecting her third child at 39 and is really enjoying her pregnancy.

'I absolutely love it,' she tells us. 'The beginning bit, particularly the throwing up, I found quite tricky but I'm so excited that I never get angry.

'The baby can do whatever it wants. I'm quite superstitious, though, so I won't have a feeding bottle or cot or anything in the house until it arrives.

'That does mean, however, that when you come home from the hospital you don't know where to put the baby.

'Luckily, babies are quite small, so they can fit in the drawers.

'I'd like two more but I've had to sign something for my husband [film producer Kris Thykier, 39], which says that this will be the last one.'

Claudia doesn't know if she's having a boy or a girl.

'My son Jake [eight] says he wants a brother and my daughter Matilda [five] wants a sister, so I had to sit them down and say: "Hey, here's the good news: either will rock."

'After all, it's not like we're getting a cactus!'

Courtney Love at London Fashion Week.

Courtney Love just can't kick her latest addiction ? the handmade design site Etsy.

The discombobulated diva has a jones for expensive handmade items but has some trouble paying for them.

Love, who uses the handle "cherryforeverreturns" left a characteristically garbled note on her profile page warning vendors that her "checks are on a wierd [sic] sahcedule [sic] so bear with? plus my paypal account has had wierd stuff happen eg salaries and theft, so im very persnickity [sic] about it, but if I really like it, youll get paid."

The sometime singer has a bad history Etsy.

Love recently had to fork over $430,000 after she was sued for defamation by designer Dawn Simoranghir.

She had accused the designer, who sold clothing on Etsy of being an "a**wipe nasty lying hosebag thief," and "drug-pushing prostitute with a history of assault and battery."

Still, Love just can't keep away.

"My cpa hates the word 'etsy,' she declared on her buyer profile. "but theres vendors on here i adore nd i always discover new inspiring stuff."

Vinny's 'Jersey Shore' Exit -- SEE THE VIDEO

TMZ has obtained video of Vinny Guadagnino storming off from the "Jersey Shore" house in the middle of the night -- for good.

0703_vinny_taxi_video_ex_tmz

As TMZ first reported, Vinny bolted from the house after fighting with another cast member ... and made a beeline for home in Staten Island.

In the video, you see Vinny hop in a cab and drive away ... all while an MTV cameraman films from just a few feet away. As you can see below, Pauly D was with Vinny at one point as he loaded up the cab to leave.

Sources close to show have told us Vinny has been a pain in the ass and no one will be going out of their way to get him to come back.

On the Verge: Rapper Yung Chris

Racks on racks: Rapper Yung Chris (aka Christopher Miller) says his single Racks? a "rack" being a slang term for $1,000 ? is gaining momentum for two simple reasons: "It's just a club song that everybody vibes to, moves around to," he says. "And racks, of course, is the money, so you know everybody wants money." With a chorus like "Got racks on racks on racks/racks on racks on racks/racks on racks on racks" on top of a club-approved beat, the description is spot-on ? this is pure party music. The song hovered just under the top 40 on Billboard's Hot 100 and hit No. 2 (rhythmic) and No. 4 (urban) on USA TODAY's airplay charts.

By Thaddeus McAdams

Yung Chris has a hit single out called 'Racks.'

The payoff: Rapping has been the 26-year-old Decatur, Ga., native's hobby since childhood, but as he grew up and experienced street life, "I started taking it a little more serious (and) started recording." Persistence with a healthy dose of confidence eventually led Yung Chris, who usually goes by "YC," to a record deal. "Anything I'm gonna try, I'm gonna succeed in, you know? I kept trying, kept working and it finally started to pay off," he says.

Sign him up: After being courted by a number of major labels because of the underground success of Racks, "I (was) just looking for somebody to believe in me as much as I believe in myself." He found that with Universal Republic, and signed with the label in March. YC subsequently released his Got Racks mixtape in early April. The 17-song collection includes the rapper's next single, I Know. "We've been getting a crazy response off (the track)," YC says. "A lot of people have been hitting me up about it." He's currently recording his full-length debut in Atlanta in between dates of a solo club tour, which stops next in Las Vegas on July 2.

New at the game: The rapper performed Racks at the BET Awards pre-show last weekend, where he met some of the hip-hop scene's biggest names, "rappers that have been in the game a little longer (than me). That was a great experience, being very new at this game." Walking the red carpet with industry leaders such as Jay-Z is inspirational, he says. "I look up to (them), to try to accomplish some of the goals, or even more goals, than they have accomplished."

The highlight of his night? "I met the Five Heartbeats," he says, referring to the fictional group from the 1991 film of the same name, which performed at the awards show to celebrate the movie's 20th anniversary. "To see them all dressed up ? remember the movie?" he says with a laugh. As for his own performance, YC couldn't wait to hit BET's stage. When approached by the network to perform, "I was like, 'For real, BET? Oh, man, all right, let's go! What? I need to be there now? I'm on my way, I'm ready to go perform for BET,'" he says, recalling his enthusiasm.

Remix it up: "I think I have the world's longest remix," says YC, laughing. "It's like 22 minutes." The official remix of Racks is actually more like 13 minutes, but with 15 rappers including Nelly, B.o.B., Wale, Wiz Khalifa and Waka Flocka, the higher estimate isn't too far-fetched. "It's crazy. We shot (the video) in Atlanta. I mean, Nelly came down to be in the video ? that shocked me." The veteran hip-hop artist approached YC to get in on the remix, rathern than the other way around. "For Nelly to do it, that was kind of exciting. He's accomplished a lot, he's sold a lot of records."

Identity crisis ? or not: Yung Chris is one vowel away from Young Chris, another rapper and one half of the duo Young Gunz. YC, who uses the initials to help avoid confusion, says the similarity of the monikers actually hasn't caused much of a problem. "The only problem I ran into is Twitter. (Fans) might follow him, thinking it's me. They might follow me, thinking it's him."

They may not have made their red carpet debut together at Thursday's Horrible Bosses premiere in Los Angeles, but Jennifer Aniston's boyfriend Justin Theroux was there to keep her company.

After meeting up inside the premiere, the couple hit Chateau Marmont just past 10 p.m. with a large group of pals, including Aniston's BFF Courteney Cox and Chelsea Handler.

Aniston, 42 ? still clad in her Balenciaga dress from the film's premiere ? wore Theroux's jacket walking in. Theroux, 39, played the part of dapper boyfriend in a black suit, white shirt ? and a clean-shaven face!

"They were super cute," says an onlooker. "He had his arm around her and kissed her on her cheek. They were whispering in each other's ears."

Theroux seemed to fit in with Aniston's close-knit crew just perfectly. "Everyone seemed to be getting along and in a celebratory mood," adds the source. Vignette StoryServer 6.0 Sat Jul 02 18:01:26 2011
